Overview and Acceptance

These SMS Terms apply to the text messaging program operated by All Care Insurance Group for the opt-in page listed below. By checking the optional SMS consent box and submitting your mobile number, you agree to these SMS Terms and to the SMS Privacy Policy linked on this page.

If you do not agree to receive SMS messages, do not check the SMS consent box. You may still submit the request form without SMS consent.

SMS Program Description

By opting in to SMS messages from All Care Insurance Group, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include informational, transactional, customer care, appointment, account, and promotional messages depending on the consent option shown on the opt-in page.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, service, appointment booking, information request, account creation, or transaction completion.

Consent and Message Delivery

You consent by entering your information on the opt-in page and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not checked by default. If you do not check the SMS consent box, you may still submit the form and continue your request through non-SMS channels.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Delivery of SMS messages depends on your mobile carrier and may not be available in all areas or on all devices.

The mobile number you provide must be your own number or a number you are authorized to use. If the number is reassigned, transferred, or no longer belongs to you, you agree to opt out or notify All Care Insurance Groupbefore the number is used by another person.

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to receiving or sending SMS messages.

Supported carriers may change without notice. All Care Insurance Group and its messaging providers are not responsible for wireless carrier network limitations, delays, filtering, or failed message delivery.

Opt Out and Help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For help, reply HELP.

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. Additional recognized opt-out words may include CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, or STOPALL.

HELP requests may return support instructions, business contact information, and opt-out instructions. You may also use the business website or opt-in page links below to contact All Care Insurance Group.

User Responsibilities

You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number you provide. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to opt out or notify All Care Insurance Group before the number is used by another person.

You agree not to submit false contact information or use the SMS program in a way that interferes with the messaging service, violates law, or infringes the rights of another person.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the SMS program to submit unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized content. You may not interfere with the operation, security, or delivery of the messaging service.

All Care Insurance Group may suspend, restrict, or terminate SMS messaging if it believes the program is being used in a way that violates these terms, applicable law, carrier requirements, or messaging provider policies.

Privacy and Data Sharing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the SMS Privacy Policy for more information.

SMS opt-in data and consent records may be shared with messaging providers, aggregators, carriers, and other service providers only as needed to deliver messages, manage opt-outs, maintain compliance records, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The SMS program is provided as available and may be interrupted, delayed, filtered, or discontinued. To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Care Insurance Group is not liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected SMS delivery caused by carriers, devices, networks, providers, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

All Care Insurance Group may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new updated date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
